Most clients don’t fit one cuisine. A wedding might want passed Italian appetizers and a barbecue late-night station. A company holiday party might want Tex-Mex entrees and a slider tower. Custom menus are built across all six concepts – Skyline, Urban Table, Pepperoni Grill, Poblano Grill, S&B’s Burger Joint and Texlahoma BBQ – so the menu fits the event, not the other way around.
